Power on fnction not working

I have purchased a home theatre SP- 120 from Big Bazar at Surat may be about less than a six months ago.

Three months ago the above said problem occures so informed to Big bazar at Surat to attend the same but they have not attended it, I keep waiting for their service for around a month but in vain.

Later on I got shifted at Chittorgarh in Rajasthan So I find one Philips dealer over here at Chittorgarh but he asked me for money while in warrantee period.
