Poor quality of Product and service

I have taken a 6 seater dining table from Marathalli, Home town in April (invoice no: 119127453). One of the chairs just fell on the floor and surprisingly the leg of the chair broke. It was such a poor quality product. I have complained to the section Manager by personally visiting the showroom again, they pormised me to send some one to take a look and decide what to do. They haven't send anyone and they don't pickup the call. BTW, forgot to mention that at the time of purchase they promised to send the product in 3 working days, and they didn't send us the same till 20working days. Finally they delivered the display pieace and when we saw the scatches on the table, they mentioned to us that it is diplay piece.

Overall a very poor quality of products and services. It's been projected that the HT price range is lower compared to other showrooms, but I have noticed that on many products it comes out to be higher.
