Innova sofa 3 1 1 seater cousons have gone bad (sagging to the bottom)

Bought innova sofa from home town marathahalli BANGALORE dated 23/06. within 5 months, one of the cousons in 3 seater has gone bad (sagging to the bottom). further within a period of 1 to 2 months other 2 cousons have gone bad in 3 seater and 1 seater sofa. this has been complaint to home town on 25/04. they have promised that within a period of 2 days this will be set right. but till today it has not been attended. during this period i have called many times to the concerned persons and every time standard answer (we will attend within 2 days or i will call back to confirm the timing of technicians arrival), that turns out to be an empty promiose. I request you to help me in this regard.
