Pathetic service

I am an IT professional working in Bangalore. I purchased a furniture set in Jan 08, as agrred upon they where to delvier the product in Feb 08. After several visit and queries i received only the part of the furniture set in April'08. They also not ready to pay the compensation for the delay nor getting the furnitures fixed. This is the pathetic service i ever had... Please be careful in buying items from Home Town... its just a big mall no professional service... they dont even know what is happening within different dept. This is issued in public interest.
