Non delivery of product

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I have ordered a wordrobe from Hometown, Ishanya Mall, Pune 2 months back. The cost of the product is Rs. 20000. These people told me to deliver it in 15 days. But, almost 2 months have passed now but they have not delivered it yet. Each time they are giving false promises. Despite of repeated reminder they are giving new date everytime. Could you please let me know where can I launch complaint againt them.
