Furniture not delivered for 6 months

I had purchased furniture from hometown on 28th September. Today is 13th February. Of the 8 products mentioned in my receipt I got 7 products in 2 months timeframe. But one product, which my wife is eagerly waiting for Dresser-Mirror has not been delivered till date. I have made repeated calls to several people in the furniture department (Mr. Paras Khanna is the manager of the furniture department..have spoken to Kuldeep..have spoken to amit etc etc). Every time I am either given a lame excuse or am told that the item will be delivered in the next one week.

At this point in time, I am very frustrated and annoyed and would recommend that no one buys anything from Hometown anymore.

If anyone has better ideas, pls suggest.
