Worst and befooling post sales service

I bought a wrought iron bed from Home Town- which promotes as 'Ab Ghar Banana Kitna Asaan', but tell you friends there is NO POST SALES in HT.

The story starts when I rx the bed, what I found... the top-moulding broken... so, I talked with their service centre... that day they assured that things will be done in within 3 working days..but I was the biggest fool who trusted them... it was 16 feb when I raised the issue... but nothing happended till the date I wrote abusive mails to them, what they did n turn &-they sent some crap as replacement, finally what I had to do was only give the bed back to them... it was 12th march when I gave it back to them... the story ended.

Now u can better analyse for a very simple thing they took approx 1 month... I wasted both my money and my time to get my bed in the original shape... HT is indeed worse than any local vendor...

So, friends if you are planning to buy anything from HT ..better think twice!!! this is my advice!
