Only Cheating

I have purchased sofa from Home town, Puna in December with promise to deliver in 2-3 week full payment has been made, after chasing them for more than four months finally they delivered the sofa. Again I purchased sofa from Home Town, Pune in month of June'08 but this time I paid only 50% as advance and they asked to pay day before the delivery, they confirmed that sofa will be delivered within 1-2 weeks, they called me within a week confirming the readiness of sofa and asked the leftover 50% payment and the day I paid, they again called me and told that the sofa is not available, the information given earlier was for damaged sofa available in warehouse. now it's more than 5 weeks, the same story going, every week I called them and they promise for next week. They never call customer, just a cheating and making intrest from same.
