No delivery commitment

I booked furnitures with Home town on 15th Aug-08 and made the advance payment vide cheque (Receipt no.2000021397). At the time of booking the goods, I have been told the delivery will be done on or before 15th Sep-08.

My cheque was encashed by the company on 20 Aug-08.Since 15th Sep-08 I am continuously following up for getting the booked furniture, but no body from Hometown is giving the delivery date.

I feel that this company is totally a fraud and they are sitting in a big mall just to grab the money from customers. It;s a big harrasement to me. I still do not know How shall I get my furniture/money back. I request everybody to Pl.avoid any purchasing from Home town and be safe.
