AFTER SALES SERVICE

We bought furniture and some electronics from hometown noida for rs.54000 last year in may and ever since we have been complaining them for repairs on the sofa cum bed. initially they did come for couple of times but still they have not turned up after repeated calls.

We are extremely upset with the kind of services that has been rendered to us and would like to take legal action again them pls assist how can make our claims registered with indian legal system and get relief from the torture of this giant.

Pls guys don't go to HOMETOWN NOIDA they don't deliver what they promise this is all a marketing game plan they are executing.
