Delay in delivery of Vitrified Floor and Wall tiles

We have ordered imported Vitrified Floor tiles (13 Boxes) and Somany Floor & Wall tiles (20 Boxes) on 09/07. Total order for these tiles was for Rs. 46642.00. Before confirming the order Home town representative committed for delivering this order in 15 days max. It's more than 2 weeks but we have not recd the order. Upon calling the Hometown numbers we're not getting satisfactory answers, also not getting any confirmed delivery date.

We've paid 100% at the time of placing order and now we're worried about amount paid. Please help to resolve this issue at the earliest.
