No Delivery of Product

I had ordered a double bed from Home Town Mall Ishanay Mall on 11th Oct'09. I had made the full payment. Firstly the sales person did not tell me that he has only 1piece. Later when I was at payment counter, it was informed that there is only piece of bed and if that is faulty then it should take 8-10 days for delivery of new piece. Today close to 10days but there are only false promises. The number which I was told to enquire is most of the times engaged. Sales person to whom I need to speak is also not attending call.
