Substandard material, Non Installation, and Non cooperative attitude

I had purchased a Shower Panel, Shower enclosure, and a Shower tray from Home Town, Punjagutta, Hyderabad on 24th December. I regret to say that they have cheated me and supplied a very substandard equipment. Inspite of my repeated requests and threatning that I will file a consumer case against them they have simply ignored me. Whenever I go to their showroom they try to pacify me saying that they will look into the matter and they will install the product. Unfortunately they have failed to do so even after 10 months. I request all the consumers to be wary of their products and as far as possible not to buy anything from Home Town. They are very good at making tall and false promises. I again warn them through this forum if they do not take this seriously I shall file a case against them.
