Delivery not in town- false promises

I was supposed to get the delivery of the product in 2 days .. but as heard and read ablout home town it is not delivered. I wanted it on the latest by 4th day with fittment, on that promise with the store executive, we booked and paid the full amount. But they never cared to call on the promised delivery date, when i called them, they said yes (after 2-3 calls) it will be delivered by evening 6:30 pm, but then after couple of hours I got a call from warehouse that it will not be poosible to deliver as the vehicle is not available. Moreover, I stay very near from their warehouse at hosekote (At whitefiled), Its not like kanakpura road or somewhere far down the south of bangalore).

Home town has to really improve on the service of delivery.

I think it is our last experience with home town if we do not get a positive response from them.
