Defective piece deliverd

We brought a cologn (item name) cabinet from Home Town Marathahalli, reciept no - 2004023409, the product was delivered minus a glass panel for one of the shelf, later after repeated complaints they replaced it with a local make glass, which was not properly buffed, we cut our hand while opening and again began a series of complaint to get the defective glass replaced but it was in vain, Mr vinod promised many times to attend to our complaint but dint, now the whole glass panel has come loose and fallen on my husband scratching him badly on chest, we went to home town asking for refund since we have small toddler at home an it poses safety risk to have such a unreliable product at home, Mr Imran there promised us a exchange or in case we couldnt immediately find a satisfactory exchange a credit note, 3 weeks have passed now after repeated calls he wishes to send some phoitographer to clik pictures and assess the damage, there is still no guarntee of the product being replaced fully or ideally a refund since we no longer trust the home town brand.

It is the company fault that such a faulty piece was deliverd in first place now we have this problem of getting the company to satisfactorily respond, also the decolam is peeling in many places.

I want some help on this please.
