Sprak plug - Defective

Sir,

I bought the Honda Shine motor cycle end of July from Kun honda, Adyar, Chennai. After I get into the first rain in chennai, one fine morning I can not able to start the bike. I tried both electric and kick starter, but I can not able to start the vechicle. Then I called the nearest authorized service center LOYAL HONDA, Adambakkam, Chennai. They took my bike to their service center and recitifed the problem.

Later I came to know from them there is no warrenty for spark plug (bosh brand). I paid full amount of Rs 80 (cost of the spark plug) Rs 125 (Break down charges). Please help me to solve this issue.
