Bad performance of Honda activa scoote

MY wife purchase a new Honda activa scooter from local dealer "SRISHTI HONDA" Kotdwara-246149, Uttrakhand in the mid of year 2008 .

The scooter is giuving us lots of problem in self start and kick start from the very bigning of the purchase, it gives us a bad impression on us Honda is a reputated company we can not imagine such a bad product from the company like Honda.

Through this mail I would like to request to the company to replace our scooter with a good one or refund us full amount, so that we purchasee a new scooter of other company.
