Not at get call from office

Dear Sir/Madam,

this is srinivasa reddy, citizen of vijayawada.my father booked an honda activa bike 2 months before. But still now we didnt get any call from office and manufacture dept. when my father went to vijayawada show room, they inform to us like that pay full amount and bike will come in short. why they r not ready to say one particular like 4 ddays or one week. in vijayawada showroom get bike with in 2 or 3 days if we paid extra money to brokers... its came in vijayawada news paper also.. if we are going in process it will take minimum 1 year. So please take a proper action
