Delay in delivery

Sir i have booked 1 month back on 26.10.08 through sterlings dealer in chinchwad receipt no.35510 amt .rs.5000/- delivery date committed on 24.11.08 i go on 20.11.08 to ask if any documents pending for registration but they say rudly that my bookings are cancled and i have to re book another and wait for more 35 days, i am feelings cheated that i have waited for nearly a month for your bike with hard cash in my hand, it was a very bad experience, please clear this issue and resolve my bookings.
