Sir I purchased honda activa from Planet honda Bangalore on 17/07

I have given for service there for 4 times 5th time i have given service point at M/c Haiku honda Domloor Bangalore they have made a bill amount of around rs 500.

Now this is my 6 th service i given at City Honda Double Road Bangalore

they are telling that engine case is broken inside someone has broken in earlier service and put gum on that fixed as is. This came to me only now they have informed and show the gumming and all.

Now tell me who is responsible for this. The cost will be around 2500

what step i have to take now please inform me immidiatly
