I am a customer of Honda since 2 years. Honda product is good. But my trust towards your authorized service station is now bit shaken due to my last five experiences from one of your reputed authorized Dealer and service station at Tambaram Sanatorium, LODHA HONDA, (opp-MEPZ) was not at all satisfactory and not the response.
I had given my Activa in 6 th free service, with Lodha Honda, Tambaram Sanatorium, on 02.06. No proper service. My vehicle problem, rear wheel shaking and rear break is not proper working, mirror adjusting, and Indicator proper fixxing i told the service people. Service supervisor told the estimation Rs.600 and 4'o clock your vehicle is ready. But the bill raised (invoice) Rs. 800. eveing 7'o clock my vehicle is not ready.7.10pm service people told vehicle is ready madam. Ok. I give the money, then i saw my vehicle, I have not expected such a type of bad service from top companies like honda activa. Serviceing is also very poor. Never attending to the complaints told they just clean the vehicle and give it.
I am asking the service people, then the service people put the spaner and working in my vehicle at 7.30pm. As a lady when will waiting. Then ok i recd my vehicle and go to my house. Next day morning i am going to my office but my vehicle is same problem (wheel shaking, rear not working). I was very abset, and very angryin the service people. Why the hell your service people is not working. I mean do they consider the customers as fools. This is not the first time it happened, each and every time thet will happened. I am in Chromepet, that was give my vehicle the Lodha Honda servive station. Hear after don't give my vehicle in particular service staion. The vehicle problem not rectified, then why? I am spent Rs.800 service charge. Pls Whoesour higher authority, rectify the problem and do the needful.
