Not delivery after one month booking

Dear sir

i have booked new honda activa dated 15/06.2009 at honda dealer namely gyan honda ferozepur cantt, but this dealer is not giving me delivery, i have already given advance amount, but dealer has sale many activa after the booking of my activa.please take action earlier.
