Delay of vehicle and misbehave of salesperson

Respected Sir

I want to make to your notice the misbehavior of sales person at Globus Honda Showroom, G.T Karnal Road, Gurawala Park, Delhi. On sunday i went to their showroom and asked for activa, they replied you can get now.but due to some reason i couldn't buy it on sunday so asked them can i get it tomorrow (monday) they replied yes. So when i went to showroom on monday they were ready to give but i had to get it on my mom's name.then they asked about id proof unfortunately i had not anyone of my mom. So i said u can have it mine today and i can submit my mom id proof tomorrow then they said ok bill will also be issued tomorrow ad u can get vehicle today i said ok. After few minutes they told theydont have vehicle in stock and all are on booking. They were such a rustic people...
