Mismatch of colour on parts replaced

Espected Sir,

I have purchase an Activa (SCV110) of W PURPLE colour vide invoice no.09IN00066 dt.20.04.2009 through your Dealer M/S MODERN MOTERS Abohar-Punjab..Due to accident on 11.08.2009 I take cashless insurance claim through your dealer but there is a mismatch of colour with origional colour on parts replaced by your dealer and your dealer did not pay any heed on my complaint again and again. kindly look into the matter and do the needful to solve this problem at your end.
