Absobitant Repair Bill without prior intimation and permission

I have given my Activa to M/s. Fortune Motors Pvt. Ltd. Neredmet Hyderabad. I have clearly stated to the concerned Service Engineer that to replace Bore, Piston, Valves, Begin and if necessary Crank also. The Service Engineer after Checking my vehicle after opening the piston head cover and other instruments that the total expenditure will not exceed Rs. 6500-7000. For which I have agreed to get the scooter repaired with an additional work of Self starter. For which additional 1200 labour charges.

In the receipt counterfoil the date of delivery was 11.09.09. However they ultimately informed me on 16th to pay Rs. 13, 000.00 and collect the vehicle. During this period there were calls made to say sorry for the delay, sorry for the delay, but never they mentioned that the repair bill is going to be so much. Now I have decided to not to take the delivery and instead seek legal help. There were no calls made since my departure to my Mobile No.so far even after 24 hrs. passed.
