Dealer complaint

My complaint is against our local dealer m/s Shri balagi motors, haldwani mr.vijay chauhan he is not sound person his behaive towards customer is very poor, bad & mis behaving, he and his staff never ask to any customer for refreshment while delaying in vechile delivery and vechile service. He react very rudly towards their employee also. he is arogant. he also not give full recipet of cash deposit.
