Mismatch of Acessories

Myself H.S.Banga from Gandhidham, Gujarat. I purchased Activa from Cargo Honda, Gandhidham on 20.08.09.Eng No-0127763.The Accesories allloted by Honda for tyre changing and other are a complete Mismatch. The Stanner given by them for Changing Wheel does not fit into the Bolts n Nuts of the Tyre, so cant change it anyhow, Moreover when complaint about this to the Mechanics dept of showroom they refused to help further when contacted the Agency head or the manager the answers were rude n misleading.i m very sad by such behavior and facing a lot of trouble due to mismatch of acessories. The answers of the employees of Cargo Honda were " Jo Company degi, wahi hum denge",
