Dear Sir
I have gave my Activa for servicing on 29.10.09 to Sai Point Service Centre, Thane. There was only starting problem. On that day they have replaced my battery, Gear Comp, Kick, Horn, done rubber coating, change engine oil, gear oil etc. and made a total bill of Rs. 2650.00. Only two days it works and there after the same starting problem occurs, inspite of calling several times to Sai Point office and Manager Mr. Santosh's mobile number after four days they came and took my activa back to service centre. On that day they have made a bill of Rs. 365.00, but after several arguments they made it Rs. 145.00 that I had paid.
The same problem repeated after one day, the starting problem remains as it is. I immediately called the service centre and told my problem but they are not supportive at all.
The service is very poor and even after spending Rs. 3000.00 on it I can not use my Activa for my daily purpose. I am very much disappointed and I request you to look into the matter and see that my problem gets solved immediately
