ABNORMAL DELAY IN GASSUPPLY

I am a Indane gas consumer. My gas connection no from M/s Premier Gas Service Dehradun Uttrakhand is 1486. On 20th Aug.2010 I booked gas cylinder vide booking no. 4189. After waiting for comlete one monnth I visited the agency on 20th Sept.2010 as the telephone of the company remains faulty. On 20/09 Agency told me that the gas will be supplied today or tomarrow positively but to my surprise that it has not been supplied till 25th evening. During the period from 20th to 25th I visited the agency three times and each times they assure me that it will be supplied today. I am an old men of 67 Kindly advice me what can I do at this stage because I am enable to move frequently and to pressrise various agency. Thanks
