Sir,

From your ad and also from my friend's advice I purchased an HONDA ACTIVA scooter from one of your authorised dealers M/S Kasliwal Automobiles, Indore, on 6th of May under regn no. MP09SE3161 (Eng no. JC44E0045948 Chasis No ME4JC445D98046802). After 10 days of the purchase of the vehicle the body started rusting now in a 3 month old excellent vehicle of yours you can see rust everywhere, further the front wheel of the vehicle is running in Jam with Dug in it. It is posing a threat for collision with any other moving object. The same was brought into notice of service workshop and they tried to rectify it thrice but all there efforts were in vain. Though they were able to remove rust from the lock after oiling. I really regret to inform that it seems you intentially send 30% defective goods in the market to save upon your cost of quality control. The body is also getting rusted day by day. Hence I request that the same may be looked into at the earliest.

If no action is taken i may be constrained to reddress my complaint legally. I hope wiser counsels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step.
