Honda Activa - Two Wheelet
Thieft / Poor Service / No Bill

My Brother had purchased Honda Activa at Chengalpattu & we had given the same to the showroom for service on 24th Sep'09. After service they had committed to deliver the vehicle on 26th Sep'09. While our father has visited the showroom to take the vehicle, it is surprise to note that the Key Chain (Imported Key Chain - worth Rs.350) was stolen & when our father had enquired about the same there was no proper response & service done (water wash & other service) by the showroom was very pathetic. Moreover, when our father had enquired for the bill pertaining to change of Gear & Engine Oil, they had collected an amount of Rs.200/- but they are not ready to give the bill.
