Defective functioning - poor serive

Dear Sir,

my aviator which i had from muthoot motors, pathanamthitta, kerala - ref frame # ME4JF211F88022797vide their invoice # 08IN00761 dt 10/7, having the consistant complaint of back wheel drum getting hot and giving a burning smell while running. I have duly informed them from the beginning and they used to tell me it is normal and nothing wrong. i tried to convice them that four activa scooters my family owns, which is having the same mechanism, is not showing any trouble of this kind. Now my thrid service is done one week back and in between i have taken my sccoter to them at least six times to get this compaint cleared. unfortunately they did nothing to rectify it instead after inspection they say nothing wrong.

After the second service it started showing stiffness of handle so it is very difficult to negotiate on road

and it is very dangerous to drive. My front shock absorber is giving a sqweeky noise and the horn a bad tone. Even the head light is focussed towards the sky when it is bright. All these serious complaints

are informed them on the second and third serive but not rectified. All these complaints are recored in their register and u can have a ready reference from it.

We are after a prestegious brand as we hold Honda products and that is how i was taken to muthoot motors. but the service we are getting from them is so poor that we are forced to look for alternatives.

I'm in such a dilema that i could not drive my aviator again to the service centre as the Handle is stiff

while running.
