Activa service problem

Egarding my activa no: MH-02-CC90, purchase on 22oct km3600 at thane saipoint wen i west to do the service they are telling that if u r not doing the all 4 service we will not give u the warranty an at present now my main lock is not working properly so i reqest the company to solve my problem or else i would take some legal action, i am having 6 activa an 2 aviator but the thane saipoint service is one of the worst service center in india an i also request the company to start the new service centre at thane so pls follow my complain as soon as possible thankyou
