Poor Service

Bought a new car on the 6th of February. Was given the delivery without fitting the autocop which was told to them at the time of ordering. The window of the rear sit (left) not working on Day 1!!! Was asked to send the car to the workshop for fitting the autocop and fixing the window. After working on the car for 12 hours, was told that autocop can not be fitted on this model!!! What a shame. Window is still not fixed - 24 hours down the line. I am left without a car for now and may be once I receive it, it is not what I wanted to buy!!! Terrible!! that's all I can say.
