Illmannered Ring Road Honda

I took my car to ring road honda, peera garhi on 10th october for servicing. My car had a claim earlier in thr year for which the painting done was not proper. i told about it to the person he didnt hear to my complaint. I was given a bill for 985/- as labour charges while for 15K charges were 735/-. Now while taking delivery i noticed a big dent on my car. I told about it to the person concerned, he was insisting that i brought the car with the dent, even Mr. Manish, Mr. Chouhan insisted that the car came with the dent, while later on they accepted that the dent came during servicing process. I wanted to write a complaint, serprisingly there was no complaint book in the reception, i wrote my complaint in the visitor book. Now i want seniors to look into the matter and prevent me to take any serious step against ring road honda, peera garhi
