Taking too long to repair our accidental vehicle

We are one of the major clients for Sundaram Honda in Hyderabad. (A.P.) since they started thier Operations.

Our Fleet vehicle No. AP 10 TV 1624 Honda City Zx meet with an accident on 24th of August and had been brought to Sundaram Honda on same day with damages occured on front and under body.

The ICICI Insurance Surveyor even took about 15 days to give thier approval for Engine repair and also the other body damages in the month of Sep, 09, since then Sundaram Honda started the work in the middle of October month still kept the job uncompleted saying few more parts to come from Honda and it is delayed due to non availibilty of parts at Noida even though they ordered long back.

As we are in Car rental business loosing revenue for months only because of the improper delivery system of Sundaram Honda

We are upset with the services of Sundaram Honda as no body feel the resonsibility & take initiative even to give appropiate delivery date. This is not the first time to face this kind of problem but every time we give our vehicle for body shop work they take too long to deliver.

Most of the customers are fedup with the service delivery system of Sundaram Honda but helplessly again approaching them as they are the only service dealer in secunderabad.

Kindly request you to look into this matter as most urgent & do the needful and arrange to deliver our vehicle at the earliest by sending the required parts.
