Honda City ZX CVT
Brand new scrap yard junk

I purchsed a new Honda city ZX CVT from Pride Honda, Hyderabad on 5th November. While putting on the car seat covers it was found that the rear seat backrest fixed to the chassis with brackets are totsally rusted and corroded. This was immediately shown to the dealer, not only this while further investigation for the reason it was found that the trunk is having puddle of water and the spare wheel was totally submerged. The card board cover was with full of fungus patches and the trunk was giving a bad smell. A formal complaint was lodged with Honda One2One and a mail was sent to Customer relations. Pride has changed the brackets and the Card board cover whithout able to justify why water was inside the trunk. Further inspection of the car it is found that all brackets, plates and rods behind the dash board and glove box is also rusted and corroded. the Glove box itself is found broken.

With several complaints lodged with Honda India along with the photographs of the production damages has gone into the deaf ears.

is there any way it can be tabled in Consumer Redressal Forum?
