Problems in Honda Civic

I bought Honda Civic on 26th September and have been facing problems in the car from day one.

My car has had the following problems

1. Left hand pulling problem reported 8 times

2. All tyres changed 4 times

3. Wiper blades changed 4 times

4. Jerks problem reported 3 times

5. Brake Noise reported 3 times

6. Horn adjusted 2 times

7. Gears adjusted 2 times

8. Suspension adjusted 2 times

9. Arm rest got jammed 1 time

10. Glass channel changed 1 time

11. Pulley and Belt changed 1 time

I have asked honda for replacement of the car but they are refusing for anything.

please let me know the procedure to fight this case in the consumer court so that i can get justice.
