HONDA CIVIC
Pathetic after sales

We purchased a Honda Civic in January from one Mr Anup of Rushabh Honda. However till date we have not received the registration book and other documents of the car. it has been now almost 10 months and there is no response from either of the parties involved. in fact i also complained to Honda Customer Service but to no vail. They said Rushabh Honda will call you but till date my problem remains unresolved. In fact my past experience with maruti and hyundai is excellent. i think we made a mistake by buying a honda.
