Honda Dealer/ Honda Seil
Non Delivery of vehicle

This is with reference with my purchase of Honda City SAT white color. The Arya Honda dealer at prabhadevi through its representative Nisha and her supervsor Anita confirmed to me on 29/7/09 that they have 5 nos. white SAT Honda City. I confirmed to them my purchase and she agreed to come to my office and collect all papers. On 30/7/09 she came and collected the margin money cheque and also confirmed me in order form about the confirmation of the cheque.

As the dealer arranges for finance they asked the finance co. Kotak would do the same. For finance the papers were given to nisha on 30/7/09 and i had followed up with here since then. She said that on monday things would clear from fianance and she would deposit the cheque and take balance chques from me.

on 4/8/09 i get a call from Nisha that the car is not available as people and purhcased outright. I had specifically told her that for me option of outright was also ok, but if finance was available cheap i would execise the same.

She never gave me the option of purchasing outright which i should have got. I now have no vehicle and she says that i would get the vehicle after 2 months.

With this kind of service i believe honda is taking its graph down . i would want Honda to take action against these dealers who hjandle the customer at there wills and whims.
