Defective Battery

Dear Sir,

On 13Th January I have approached the Dealer (PURACKAL HONDAS, CHANGANACHERRY) for rectification or replacement of the Batteryof my Hond DIO No. KL 28/3311, purchased on 30 January at the same time they had taken the battery and returned the vehicle. Now it is very dangerous to ride the vehicle without the Horn and the Fuel indicater.within these Fifteen days I have escaped certain disasters due to GOD"s grace only. Due to my mental torture and inconvenience for riding the vehicle what and what not I have to do may please be intimated.

Is it not your moral duty to Replace or Rectify such a small fact within a day or two? Now I am liable to approach Legal authorities for Componsation for this negligence of your department at the earliest.
