Honda Dio
Problem in self start

Sir / madam,

i bought a honda dio from pragnya honda (a division of rasah exim ltd.) on 4-11. the vehicle no. is

DL 3S BB 9919, color: red. Within 4 months of purchase, problems started with it's self start, kick start and battery. Even after registering a complaint regarding the same in pragnya honda and subsequent action being taken by them, the self-start has failed to perform again. i request you to please look into the matter and ask the company to get the damaged parts replaced so that i don't have to face any problem in riding the scooter.
