Complaining about takin money even it is in

Hello! sir this is ramesh maraskolhe your beloved customer of having the honda dio -dlx.the intension riting you is i got the problem in my crank ..in engine... so when i went to check out this problem... it got coorected... as my dio was in warrenty period as it was purchased in 3rd april ..so it has it`s warrenty period... then too then are taking the money from ourself. It is completely specified in the manual book that u will not take any money from the customer who got any fault in it`s vehicle..being it in a warrenty period... so! plz do look in this complaint... the place is chandrapur & the shop is shivshankar motors... so snd complaint to them about this request... i `ll be waiting for it... ur`saithfully, ramesh daularao maraskolhe..
