Your dealer V.D. Auto Wheels, Dwarka, Delhi, serves very badly to their customers. I have purchased Eterno scooter from them on 9.4.09 on cash down, but till today they have not given me the R.T.O. receipt and No. I have faced traffic police harrassment on 17.4.09. since then I used three wheeler for my prsonal work throughout Delhi and have spent Rs.650/- as an auto fare. Even today 20.4.09, they replied that they have not sufficient staff to go to authority. Either I will go to court for this miss behavior or go for News agencies for this ill treament of this.

Kindly take some action against dealer and inform me
