Engine failure and poor service

I bought Honda Eterno in February last year and its engine has failed in 1.5 years. For the past 15 days, there has been no response from the dealer VAH Honda, meerut. I am already regretting my decision and I'll make sure that I don't buy any Honda product anymore.
