Free replacement of parts during the gaurantee period

I had purchased HONDA Eterno scooter chasis no. ME4KF071M68105463, engine no. KF07E9163700 from Bhailai Motors, Pathankot, bill no. 061N02078 dated 15-01. Within thge gaurantee period the CLUTCH PLATES and PISTON have got damaged. The scooter has run only 6657 kms and I have made regular service of scooter. I have posted complaint to company but no reply was given to me. Today I also talked to Mr. Piara Singh, service manager posted at Pathankot at Bhailai Motors and he said me that I have to go to Pathankot with my scooter and they will check it. I live in Batala 70 kms away from Pathankot and in this winter season it is very much difficult to reach there. I request you to look into the matter for free relacement of above stated parts.
