DEALERS Money demand

Today i have visited honda dealership situated in moga (punjab)"HEM HONDA Ferozpur road moga". Iwant to buy Honda Eterno scooter. I asked about the quotation for the scooter. But the person there told me i have to give extra money to him to buy scooter other than scooter price. He demands the money for accessories of the scooter. I said him i dont want to buy accessories, I just want to buy company product at ompany price.but he demands 4-5000 Rs extra for accessories. Otherwise he refused to give me a scooter. I want to ask that is there a right given to companies by which a Customer is forced to buy accessories along with company product. Iwant to buy product at company price not at dealers homemade price. I request you to pay attention to this issue and take a strict action against the dealer.
