Petrol leakage problem last two months (under warrenty)

I brought new brand Honda activa from lakecity Honda udaipur (raj.) Sub dealer jehra auto. Bhinder (raj.). It is still under warranty. We have till date done three services under warranty, we have done 3rd service. Currently I facing petrol leakage problem from last two months. I am follow up with company regarding this. Company sevice is hopeless & company reprensatative not empowered think. it has manufacturing defect. So I want to change my Honda activa
