Subject: Service feedback of Honda Car - CITY 1.5 E MT ; Car # PB 10 CN - 1323
Dear Sir,
The scenario with respect to the matter concerned & its seriousness has compelled me to acknowledge you the unpleasant & shocking feedback of your Co.’s after sales service.
I own a new City Honda car – Make. CITY 1.5 E MT, bought on – 20 /02/09, which had been making some irritating noise in the rear as we crossed by any big or small pits on road. As a result, we had complained this noising trouble to the dealer - DADA Motors Services Pvt. Ltd. (Horizon Honda), Dholewal Chowk, G.T.Road – Ludhiana, from where we had bought the car. They assured us – “it will be taken care of & made trouble free at car’s first service.” But, they, as till date, right from the first service – Dated – 16 / 03 /09, after devoting quite much time technically on removing this noising trouble, are unable to do so.
Few facts, as concerned to above matter are stated below –
1. First service held as on Dt. -16 / 03 /09-, car just driven 514 kms.,
2. Second service at 787 km. – dt. 18 / 05 / 09.
3. On Tuesday, 21st July, I went to get my car trouble-free of this noising trouble along with few other minor faults, where I even had met one of the Co. Dealership owners & acknowledged the technical fault in my brand new car, just within few days of my purchase.
4. Complaint / ‘Service Feedback’ was sent online at Co.’s website on 25th July, 09 ; 4:40 pm. Response letter from Co.’s – Mr. Ajay Kumar, Customer Relationship Management, Honda Siel Cars India, Ltd. had been received.
5. But, at local dealers end, what I noticed in contrary to the unresolved technical fault of my car, was that no such entry / registration in your records were made regarding the pending trouble in car.
6. On dt. 30/07/09, the technical service team from Co. executed service for around 3 to 4 hours & finally were helpless to clear off that noising trouble.
NOTE – As a long feedback query form was again submitted which generated error repeatedly, copy of which is attached herewith this letter. Another thing that I would like to notify is that, as such there is no online provision to send any e-copy of concerned doc. to your co. as attachment, if required.
As I’m very much confident & fully rely on your Co.’s repo so please do care & kindly direct the concerned for the needful at the earliest otherwise on failure, please take the car back and refund the full amount to us.
