Not satisfied with dealer's activities

I am PARTHA GHOSH, from dhupguri, jalpaiguri, westbengal, have purchased a HONDA SHINE BYKE on 11.06.2009 from BALAJI AUTO CENTRE, dhupguri, jalpaiguri, west bengal. i have not got any number plate and leg guard with the byke. i got a saree guard. when i demanded for the same, they (dealer) told me that company had not given those materials.

i want to know that wheather they are telling the truth or i have been cheated by them? moreover they are taking excessive prices for various accesories (eg. ordinary number plate Rs.210.00) and they also took Rs 450.00 for carring cost which is not mentioned in the final bill. so you are requested to send proper informations about those.
